Hey, folks! This is a patch release.

What changed:

• Improved Greek translations (Thanks DarkQuantum!)
• Added a PDF manual (currently English and Greek)

There is still no strategy guide, as that would spoil the surprises. Enough players have reached the Frost World that I should probably start dropping hints about the next major content area: the Crystal Cave.
